Enable
HDMI frequency:
Returns the value of the HDMI frequency in MHz. A value of 0 indicates the HDMI
receiver is not detecting a valid signal.
Fixed Pattern Select
Selects the pattern to output when in Fixed Pattern Mode. Scaled patterns are evenly
distributed across the horizontal or vertical active regions. This field is ignored when
Auto-Scrolling Mode is enabled.
xxxx: normal/inverted.
0000: Checkerboard.
0001: White/Black (default).
0010: Black/White.
0011: Red/Cyan.
0100: Green/Magenta.
0101: Blue/Yellow.
0110: Horizontal Black-White/White-Black.
0111: Horizontal Black-Red/White-Cyan.
1000: Horizontal Black-Green/White-Magenta.
1001: Horizontal Black-Blue/White-Yellow.
1010: Vertical Black-White/White-Black.
1011: Vertical Black-Red/White-Cyan.
1100: Vertical Black-Green/White-Magenta.
1101: Vertical Black-Blue/White-Yellow.
1110: Custom color (or its inversion) configured in PGRS, PGGS, PGBS registers.
1111: VCOM.

Enable color bars:
0: Color Bars disabled (default).
1: Color Bars enabled.
Overrides the selection from reg_0x64[7:4].
Reverse order of color bands in VCOM pattern:
0: Color sequence from top left is (YCBR) (default).
1: Color sequence from top left is (RBCY).
Pattern Generator enable:
0: Disable Pattern Generator (default).
1: Enable Pattern Generator.
