2.7.3.1 RS-422 Interface
Recommendations for point-to-point RS-422 interface connection are given in Figure 2-11. In this case,
Jumper 2 (JP2) must be closed. Jumpers JP4 and JP5 must be open. For multi-point RS-422
communications, only the reader at the end of the line must be terminated.
