0: Output a high level when an interrupt occurs. (initial value)
1: Output a high-level pulse when an interrupt occurs.
• When E/INT is set up with INTOPF for going to the high level when an interrupt is generated, the high level state is
maintained until the interrupt source output (address 0xEB) is read out. When that data is read, the E/INT output
returns to the normal low level.
