FEATURES
o 3 chan. simultaneous sampling 13 bit sine-to-digital conversion

o Differential 1 Vpp sin/cos outputs to 100 Ω, short-circuit-proof
o Position preset function, selectable up/down code direction
o Signal and system monitoring with configurable error/warning
messaging and diagnosis memory
o Device setup via I/O interface (BiSS) or serial EEPROM
o Reverse-polarity-proof and tolerant against faulty output wiring
o Power-good switch protecting the peripheral circuitry
o Single 5 V supply, operation from -40 to +95 (+110) °C
