DMA Emulation Design Suggestion :
nCBC decrease by 1 each time when 1-byte transfer is complete.
oCA will decrease/increase by 1 each time when DRQx is activated. ALS300 will discard
CA [1..0] for fetching next data. One layer latch is enough for DMA emulation.
