Write Suspend (B0h)
Write Suspend allows the interruption of Sector Erase, Half Block Erase, Block Erase or Page Program
operations in order to erase, program, or read data in another portion of memory. When the 32KB half
block erase operation is interrupted by Write Suspend, the read data in previous or next 32KB half
block is not suggested. The original operation can be continued with Write Resume command. The
instruction sequence is shown in Figure 22.
Only one write operation can be suspended at a time; if an operation is already suspended, the device
will ignore the Write Suspend command. Write Suspend during Chip Erase is ignored; Chip Erase is
not a valid command while a write is suspended.
Suspend to suspend ready timing: 20us.
Resume to another suspend timing: 1ms.
