The IEF0 is set so that interrupt 0 (overflow from the
divider 0) is accepted.
The IEF1 is set so that interrupt 1 (underflow from the
Timer 0) is accepted.
The IEF2 is set so that interrupt 2 (signal change at port
RC) is accepted.
