8.1.3.4 Time-out configuration register
The Time-Out Configuration register (TOCR) is used for setting different configurations of the time-out counter according
to Table 8; all other configurations are undefined.
The timers can operate in 3 modes:
1. Software triggered
2. Start bit triggered
3. Autoreload.
