Function
Port 6 (P6):
• 8-bit I/O port
• Input/output can be specified in 1-bit units.
• All pins set in input mode can be connected to on-chip pull-up
resistors by means of software.
Port 7 (P7):
• 3-bit I/O port
• Input/output can be specified in 1-bit units.
• Whether specifying input mode or output mode, use of an on-chip
pull-up resistor can be specified in 1-bit units by means of
software.
Port 8 (P8):
• 8-bit I/O port
• Input/output can be specified in 1-bit units.
• Whether specifying input mode or output mode, use of an on-chip
pull-up resistor can be specified in 1-bit units by means of
software.
• The interrupt control flag (KRIF) is set to 1 when the falling edge is
detected at a pin of this port.
Port 9 (P9):
• N-ch open-drain middle-voltage I/O port
• 6-bit I/O port
• Input/output can be specified in 1-bit units.
• LEDs can be driven directly.
Port 10 (P10):
• 4-bit I/O port
• Input/output can be specified in 1-bit units.
• Whether specifying input mode or output mode, use of an on-chip
pull-up resistor can be specified in 1-bit units by means of software.
Port 12 (P12):
• 8-bit I/O port
• Input/output can be specified in 1-bit units.
• Whether specifying input mode or output mode, use of an on-chip
pull-up resistor can be specified in 1-bit units by means of
software.
