Attention: To avoid any unknown logic state, t₁ and t₂ values must be latched at the end of t₂ time.
Moreover, one latch is needed for each group (A and B) for overlapping reasons. At last, as t₁
and t₂ can be whenever changed, t₁ and t₂ should be stored in TLE6270R to release the SPI bus
prior to being taken into account by the internal counters.
