Figure 11 shows a system configuration for a 240 × 160-dot LCD panel using segment driver HD66520
with internal bit-map RAM. All required functions can be prepared for liquid crystal display with just two
chips except for liquid crystal display power supply circuit functions. Refer to Timing Chart (1) for
details.
