13. RCOM is the resistance between the power supply pins (VCC, V1, V4, V5) and each common signal pin
(COM0 to COM25/COM53).
RSEG is the resistance between the power supply pins (VCC, V2, V3, V5) and each segment signal pin
(SEG1 to SEG71/SEG119).
