■ DESCRIPTION
MB15F63UL has a 2000 MHz PLL frequency synthesizer with a high-speed frequency switching function based
on the Fractional-N PLL (Phase Locked Loop), and 600 MHz Integer-N PLL frequency synthesizer which enables
pulse swallow operation. Encased in a subminiature package (thin-BCC20), MB15F63UL has successfully
achieved a small thin external form (BCC20 package dimensions: 3.50 mm × 3.50 mm × 0.60 mm). MB15F63UL
is suitable for use in digital mobile communication devices such as GSM.

100 MHz to 2000 MHz (RF : 2.9 V ≤ Vcc ≤ 3.3 V)
