E909.05
PRELIMINARY INFORMATION AUG 02, 2011
6.14 SPI Module
• can be used as master or salve
• the SPI Interface consists of the following 4 signals:
• SCK: SPI clock (driven by master)
• CSB: low active chip select (driven by master)
• MISO: master in, slave out (data from slave to master)
• MOSI: master out, slave in (data from master to slave)
• configurable phase, polarity and bit order
• byte and multi-byte transfer support
• slave mode SPI clock monitoring (time out)
• 4 data word transmit and receive FIFOs
