Temperature sensor 3 (CPU T2) Status. Set 1, the
voltage of temperature sensor is over the limit value.
Set 0, the voltage of temperature sensor is in the limit
range.
Temperature sensor 2 (CPU T1) Status. Set 1, the
voltage of temperature sensor is over the limit value.
Set 0, the voltage of temperature sensor is in the limit
range.
Temperature sensor 1 (Internal Thermal Diode)
Status. Set 1, the voltage of temperature sensor is
over the limit value. Set 0, the voltage of temperature
sensor is in the limit range.
Reserved.
+5V Voltage Status. Set 1, the voltage of +5V is over
the limit value. Set 0, the voltage of +5V is in the limit
range.
+3.3V Voltage Status. Set 1, the voltage of +3.3V is
