INITIALIZATION
Bit 7:The logical 1 restores power on default value to all registers except the Serial Bus Address
register. This bit clears itself since the power on default is zero.
Bit 6:The logical 1 in this bit drives a zero on GPO# pin.
Bit 5:IRQ polarity select. When set to 0, IRQ active high. Set to 1, IRQ active low. Default 0.
Bit 4:The logical 1 outputs at least a 20 ms active low reset signal at RST_OUT# if <7> = 1 in SMI#
Mask Register 2. This bit is cleared once the pulse has gone inactive.
