The eight terminals of the port are configured as inputs by default. The terminals have programmable 10-µA
pullups that can be disabled using bit 4 of control word 2.

This sets the state of the PIO1 terminals when configured as outputs.

This selects whether the individual port 2 terminals are configured as inputs or outputs.
