P.C.Board shown in Appendix1 before
testing.
Vibrate the capacitor with following
conditions.
Applied force : 5G max.
Frequency : 10-2000Hz
Duration : 20 min.
Cycle : 12 cycles in each 3 mutually
perpendicular directions.
Reflow solder the capacitors on a
P.C.Board shown in Appendix 1a or
Appendix 1b before testing.
Expose the capacitors in the condition
step1 through step 4 and repeat 1,000
times consecutively.
Leave the capacitors in ambient
condition for 6 to 24h (Class 1) or
24±2h (Class 2) before measurement.
