= 0. If ICFG = 1, output is MINT and collision
indication is lost.
Output Link LED status indication (Active Low). If ICFG =
0, LNKST flashes to indicate activity.
Output Link status change interrupt. Default active low.
Set register 24, bit 12 = 1 for active high interrupt.
