The interrupt enable bits control interrupt generation on output INTB by the
corresponding bit in the SPECTRA-155 Auxiliary Section/Line Interrupt Status
register. Note, these enable bits do not affect the actual interrupt bits found in
the SPECTRA-155 Auxiliary Section/Line Interrupt Status register.
