changes state. This bit (and the interrupt) are cleared when this register is
read.
BUSY:
The BUSY bit reports whether a previously initiated indirect read or write to a
message buffer has been completed. BUSY is set high upon writing to the
SSTB Section Trace Indirect Address register, and stays high until the
initiated access has completed. At which point, BUSY is set low. This
register should be polled to determine when new data is available in the
SSTB Section Trace Indirect Data register. The maximum latency for BUSY
to return low is 10 µs.
