each coil of the stepper−motor. The table below

Shaft This bit distinguishes between a clock−wise
or counter−clock−wise rotation. The shaft bit is
not working in RunVelocity mode.
SecPos[10:0] Secure Position of the
stepper−motor. This is the position to which the
motor is driven in case of a HW pin connection
is lost. If <SecPos[10:0]> = “100 000000
00”, secure positioning is disabled; the
stepper−motor will be kept in the position
occupied at the moment these events occur.
