Comparator hysteresis can be increased with the addition of
resistor R_H. The hysteresis equations have been simplified and
do not account for the change of input current I_in as V_in crosses
the comparator threshold. The internal resistance, R_in is simply
calculated using I_in = 0.26 mA at 2.6 V.
