7. Output will automatically recover to instructed state when VPWR voltage is restored to normal so long as the VPWR degradation level
did not go below the undervoltage power-ON reset threshold. This applies to all internal device logic that is supplied by VPWR and
assumes that the external VDD supply is within specification.
