DEVICE OVERVIEW
The GMS81504T is a high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 4K bytes of EPROM. The device is
one of GMS800 family. The HYUNDAI GMS81504T is a powerful microcontroller which provides a highly
flexible and cost effective solution to many embedded control applications. The GMS81504T provides the
following standard features: 4K bytes of EPROM, 128 bytes of RAM, 23 I/O lines, 16-bit or 8-bit timer/counter,
a precision analog to digital converter, on-chip oscillator and clock circuitry.
