NOTES:
1. C_L = 50 pF minimum or equivalent (includes probe and jig capacitance).
2. R_L = 500Ω or equivalent.
3. Input signal from pulse generator: V_IN = 0.0 V to V_CC; PRR ≤ 1 MHz; Z_O = 50Ω; t_r ≤ 3.0 ns; t_f ≤ 3.0 ns; t_r and t_f shall be
measured from 10% of V_CC to 90% of V_CC and from 90% of V_CC to 10% of V_CC, respectively; duty cycle = 50 percent.
4. Timing parameters shall be tested at a minimum input frequency of 1MHz.
5. The outputs are measured one at a time with one transition per measurement.
