In case of to encode NTSC/PAL composite Video signal or YPbPr component Video signal from RGB data, this mode is used.
Clock rate to CLKIN pin is 27MHz.
DATA7-DATA0 pins are used as Data Input pins. Input data format is RG[7:0] / GB[7:0] shown as following table.
