Note) WSS Data is written in order of 0x08 and then 0x09.
When the second byte (0x09) of WSS Data is written, the AK8825 interprets that data has been up-dated and it encodes the
WSS signal on the next Video Line (LIne23).
Data is retained till it is up-dated with a new one.
