8.1 Application Information
The DRV841x2 devices are typically used to drive 2 brushed DC or 1 stepper motor.
The DRV841x2 can be used for stepper motor applications as illustrated in Figure 16; they can be also used in
three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and sinewave brushless DC motor applications.
Figure 17 shows an example of a TEC driver application. The same configuration can also be used for DC output
applications.
