increment the PMON LCV counter. When BPV is set to logic 0, both BPVs
(which are not part of a valid HDB3 signature if HDB3 line coding is used) and
excessive zeros (EXZ) generate an LCV indication and increment the PMON
LCV counter. Excessive zeros is a sequence of zeros greater than four bits
long.
RDATINV:
When RDATINV is set to logic 1, the receive digital interface assumes the
RDAT input is active low. When RDATINV is set to logic 0, the interface
assumes the RDAT input is active high.
This bit only has effect if the RUNI bit is logic 1.
RFALL:
When RFALL is set to logic 1, the RDAT signal is sampled by the falling
RCLKI edge. When RFALL is set to logic 0, the RDAT signal is sampled by
the rising RCLKI edge.
This bit only has effect if the RUNI bit is logic 1.
