Pin Description
FUNCTION
Channel 1 High-Side Gate Input. Connect a 1nF to 10nF capacitor between CDP1 and CGP1 as
close as possible to the device.
Channel 1 High-Side Positive Supply-Voltage Input. Bypass VPP1 to GND with a 0.1FF capacitor
as close as possible to the device. Depending on the pulser lead, additional bypassing may be
required (see the Power Supplies and Bypassing section).
No Connection. Not connected internally.
Channel 1 High-Side Drain Output
Channel 1 High-Side Clamp Output
Ground
Channel 1 Low-Side Clamp Output
Channel 1 Low-Side Drain Output
Channel 1 High-Side Negative Supply-Voltage Input. Bypass VNN1 to GND with a 0.1FF capacitor
as close as possible to the device. Depending on the pulser lead, additional bypassing may be
required (see the Power Supplies and Bypassing section).
