Drum kit : 9 sets (Program No. 0, 1, 8, 16, 24, 25, 32, 40, 48)
2-2-4. Pitch Bend <EnH> <Data-L> <Data-H>
This is a message to inform Pitch Bend information of each part.
Recieving the Pitch Bend message is valid only when GM tone, and invalid when drum kit.
