E4360 Modular Solar Array Simulation
The modular solar array simulator
(SAS) is a DC power source that
simulates the output characteristics
of a solar array. The SAS is primarily
a current source with very low output
capacitance. It is capable of
simulating the I-V curve of different
arrays under different environmental
conditions (temperature, age, etc.).
You can set the I-V curve from the
front panel or program it over GPIB,
LAN (LXI Core) or USB.
â Accurate simulation of any type
of solar array
â Small size: up to 2 outputs in
2U of rack space
â High output powerâup to
600 W per output
â Fast I-V curve changes to simulate
eclipse or spin
â 14360A System Control Tools
software included to simplify
control of multiple
solar array simulators in a system
â Custom turn-key system or
individual instruments available

* NOTE: RU refers to rack unit of a standard 19â EIA equipment rack. The width is either 1/2 or full.
The height is in number of rack units which are 1.75â (44.4 mm) each.
For example: a 3 RU h has a height of 5.25â (133.3 mm)
