Ordering Information
The various serial bus options are compatible on most models of the Keysight InfiniiVision 3000, 4000 and 6000 X-Series
oscilloscopes. The entry-level 2000 X-Series oscilloscopes support only the I²C/SPI, RS232/UART, and CAN/LIN options. Existing
InfiniiVision X-Series oscilloscopes can also be upgraded with these options.
For most model numbers, the number after DSOX tells you to which series of oscilloscope it applies. For example, DSOX2EMBD applies
to the 2000 X-Series and DSOX3EMBD applies to the 3000 X-Series. “T” in the model number indicates that this option is available in
the 3000T X-Series, but not in the 3000A X-Series.
