Built-in Low VDD Reset Circuit
HMS38112/39112 have a Low VDD detection circuit.
If VDD become Reset Voltage of Low VDD Detection circuit at a active status,
system reset occur and WDT is cleared.
After VDD is increased upper Reset Voltage again, WDT is re-counted and
if WDT is overflowed, system reset is released.
