It is only used in TCP mode.
SEND_KEEP It checks the connection by sending 1byte data previously. If the connection is
already terminated or Peer has no response, Timeout interrupt will occur.
Receiving is processed including the value of Socket n RX Read Pointer
Register(Sn_RX_RR).

This register is used for notifying connection establishment and termination, receiving data and Timeout. The
values are cleared by reading this register.

data transmission.
It is set as ‘1’ if data is received.
It is set as ‘1’ if receive connection termination request or if connection termination is
finished.
It is set as ‘1’ if connection is established.
