pin VSOP 150-mil or 208-mil (package code SV & ST), 6x5-mm WSON (package code ZP) ), an an 8-pad
USON 2x3-mm or 4x-3mm (package code UX & UU) and an 8-ball WLCSP(package code BY) as shown
in figure 1a-1c respectively. Package diagrams and dimensions are illustrated at the end of this datasheet.
