Protection Mask _L
A. The regulator is started from the strobe input, same as the charge pump. No 10-ms waiting, because the VCP pin
already reached to V_M – 0.7 V.
B. LDO OCP is masked during protection mask time.
C. A_CONT must be LOW or OPEN for regulator A to turn on.
