This section provides typical performance waveforms for the TLV710xxEVM PCB.

5.1 Turnon Output Ramp: Negative Voltage LDO, TPS7A3001 Circuit
Figure 2 shows the turnon waveforms where the Enable is connected to the âVIN. The âVIN turnon
voltage steps down to â18 V (shown on Ch2 of the Figure 2 plot) followed by the âVOUT which ramps
down â15 V. This negative-going turnon ramp represents the effects of both the soft-start capacitor, CSS,
as well as the soft-start effect contributed by the bypass capacitor, CBYP, across the upper feedback
resistor.
Ch1(âVOUT), Ramp Down to -15.V, and Ch2 (âVIN), Input Step Turnon Voltage to -18V.
