3. Memory Structure
The SM8958B memory structure follows general 8052 structure. It is 32KB program memory.
3.1 Program Memory
The SM8958B has 32KB on-chip flash memory which can be used as general program memory. The address
range for the 32K byte is $0000h to $7FFFh. As shown in Fig. 3-1.
