General Description
The SM5964A is a single-chip 8-bits micro-
controller manufactured in an advanced CMOS
z Working Voltage:3.0V through 3.6V
z 80C51 Central Processor Unit (CPU)
z 64K x 8 on chip flash memory with In-
process with on chip flash memory. It supports In-
System-Programming(ISP) capability and it
