Conditions
Enter SIG4 (VL = 0mV) to (A) and SIG5
(VL variable) to (C), increase the amplitude (VL)
from 0V. Assume that the voltage at which TP40,
TP43, and TP45 outputs become the black level is
VTEXTB. Further increase the amplitude and
assume the voltage at which they become the
white level.
Enter SIG4 (VL = 0mV) to (A) and SIG5 (VL = 3V)
to (C) and measure the rise delay TD1EXT and fall
delay TD2EXT of TP40, TP43, and TP45 outputs.
(See Fig. 2)
Enter SIG4 (VL = 0mV) to (A) and SIG5
(VL = 1.0V) to (C) and measure the difference of
TP40, TP43, and TP45 from the black level.
Enter SIG4 (VL = 0mV) to (A) and SIG5
(VL = 2.7V) to (C). Measure the difference of
TP40, Tp43, and TP45 from the black level.
Enter SIG4 (VL = 0mV) to (A) and SIG5
(VL = 2.7V) to (C) and measure the minimum pulse
width at which TP40, TP43, and TP45 outputs
reach the white side limiter.
