Note
Reset if the status of VDD = 1.7 to 2.0 V lasts for 1 ms or longer. Program hang-up does not occur even
if the voltage drops, until the reset function is effected (when the RESET pin and WDOUT pin are
connected). Some oscillators stop oscillating before the reset function is effected.
