32-BIT SINGLE-CHIP MICROCONTROLLER
The µPD703130 is a member of the V850 Family^TM of 32-bit single-chip microcontrollers designed for real-time
control operations. These microcontrollers provide on-chip features, including a 32-bit CPU, RAM, interrupt
controller, real-time pulse unit, serial interface, A/D converter, and DMA controller.
The µPD703130 is a ROMless version product.

designing.
