Notes for Figures 12 and 13:
1. Driving these high power devices at currents other than the test condition (1000 mA) may be subject to variation in
performance.
2. It is not recommended to operate these devices at less than 100mA drive currents. Pulse width modulation (PWM) is
recommended for dimming effects.
3. LUXEON K2 with TFFC is tested and binned at 25°C with a 20ms monopulse test to minimize heating of the junction or
case.
