(including pins configured as outputs) are disconnected.
Note: A fraction of the leakage current flows through domain DMP_A (pin V_DDPA). This
current can be calculated as 7 000 × e^-α, with α = 5 000 / (273 + 1.3×T_J).
For T_J = 150°C, this results in a current of 160 μA.
The leakage power consumption can be calculated according to the following formulas:
I_LK0 = 500 000 × e^-α, with α = 3 000 / (273 + B×T_J)
Parameter B must be replaced by
• 1.0 for typical values
• 1.6 for maximum values
I_LK1 = 600 000 × e^-α, with α = 5 000 / (273 + B×T_J)
Parameter B must be replaced by
