Temperature dependent behavior
The temperature offset gradients for both channels depend on the value at 25°C. It can
be calculated using following linear equations:
KT_OX = tco_d_x + (tco_k_x × O_X25)
KT_OY = tco_d_y + (tco_k_y × O_Y25)
O_X25, O_Y25: Offset values at 25°C in digits.
