13. RCOM is the resistance between the power supply pins (VCC, V1, V4, V5) and each common signal
pin (COM1 to COM33).
RSEG is the resistance between the power supply pins (VCC, V2, V3, V5) and each segment signal pin
(SEG1 to SEG40).
