once per MultiMediaCard card. The
card has some hardware to prevent
this operation after the first

is reserved for the manufacturer.

PROGRAM_CSD Programming of the programmable bits
of the CSD.
Note: 1. The data transferred must not cross a physical block boundary unless WRITE_BLK_MISALIGN
is set in the CSD.
