CRYSTAL1: This is the input pin to the internal inverting
I amplifier. The system clock is from external crystal or
(ST) resonator when FOSC[1:0] (CONFIG3[1:0]) are both logic
1 by default.

inverting amplifier. It emits the inverted signal of XTAL1.

RESET: /RST pin is a Schmitt trigger input pin for
hardware device reset. A “Low” on this pin for 768 clock
I counter of Internal 22.1184 MHz high speed oscillator while
(ST) the system clock is running will reset the device. /RST pin
has an internal pull-up resistor allowing power-on reset by
simply connecting an external capacitor to GND.
